ORB CONTENT CAPTURE FOR PERMANENT PREMISES
Following the successful development of ORB360 Mobile digital imaging services The ORDRE Group is now introducing the next evolution; ORB360 Studio. The new ‘Studio’ ORB is designed to permanently be embedded in a studio, warehouse or office so brands and retailers can comfortably shoot ORB360 images or video on demand at their own premises.
The ORB was originally designed to shoot ready-to-wear and accessory collections of luxury brands on location. It currently is market leader in 360 images and video amongst leading luxury brands including Chloe, Stella McCartney, Balenciaga, Balmain, Alexander Wang and hundreds of others. The success of the ORB is that there is no retouching required due to the award winning proprietary lighting. As the system is integrated with a cloud based DAM, delivery of assets is immediate. The ORB has revolutionised the content industry and is now extending beyond fashion to collectables, homewares, speciality goods, art and more.
Because of the great success of ORB360, The ORDRE Group responded to demand to produce the ‘Studio ORB’ which provides an in-situ service for clients who have enough content volume to justify a permanent unit on their premises.

Each Studio unit can be configured in one of two sizes; model or accessory. The model mode is large enough for a full body image and the accessory ORB can fit small to medium sized items. ORB360 Studio units use many of the components developed for the mobile units but are slightly larger to accommodate a greater variety of products. The units incorporate turntable technology, unique integrated continuous lighting and are built in a more robust structure.The operating system integrating the unit with image capture as well as the DAM is again based on the mobile operating system but modified to be more simply operated.
The ORB360 Studio units once commissioned are assembled on site with staff training and user manuals. Customer service support is also provided. Once the unit is in operation in real time, all images are uploaded to the DAM via the operating system.
